My story
I'm Chan Kien Huynh, an IT Officer with 3 years of hands-on experience in cloud workflows, system integrations, and process automation. My day-to-day spans everything from solving support tickets to delivering full-scale integration projects between client and company transport management systems.
I work with Azure, Power Automate, APIs, SFTP, and Power BI — and I believe the best technology is the kind that quietly makes life easier for the people using it. I write clear documentation, build useful tools like the Customer Call Report, and always look for smarter ways to connect systems.
AI is growing fast — and I'm here for it. But I believe we still need to grow with it, not rely on it blindly. The future belongs to those who learn, adapt, and bring human judgment to the table. I'm still on that journey, and I'm genuinely excited for what's ahead.
